The Navigator Storm handlebar bag from Basil is very useful on your cycling trips. The bag has been specially designed to carry a smartphone, or other necessary items when out and about.

The bag is waterproof and made of polyester and tarpaulin. The bag has a sporty look and fits perfectly with the Navigator Storm collection. Adjustable cords, a zip, mesh pockets inside the bag, everything you need. The bag can also be rolled up easily. And if you're riding at night, the Basil logos are reflective so they're more visible.

The shoulder strap can be used to turn the bag into a handbag. To install the bag on your hanger, you need the KF holder (KF system not included). This system allows you to attach your pannier to your handlebars in 1 second, also compatible for electric bikes.
