WCUP Sports Drink is an isotonic thirst-quencher that makes sure you'll have enough energy during your endurance training. The carbohydrate-elektrolytesolution provides better absorption of water and makes sure you're muscles won't cramp up. The PH value is neutral, making sure you won't experience digestive problems during your ride.

During your work-out, you'll lose sweat and with that important elektrolytes. This Sports Drink will refill these elektrolytes making sure you won't dry out and you'll keep performing great!

Use

• Before, during and after training

• Don't excede the recommended dose! This could provide digestive problems!

Intake

• Training 1-2 hours: 30g carbohydrates per hour of training (around 500 ml)

• Training 2-3 hours: 60g carbohydrates per hour of training (around 1 liter)

• Training >2.5-3 hours: 90g carbohydrates per hour of training (around 1.5 liter)
