6D Isotonic Sports Drink is extremely suitable for all athletes who need to restore energy (sugars), water, and electrolytes quickly. Drinking sports drinks during exercise is only useful during (intensive) exercise exceeding 60 minutes and in particular in a hot and/or humid environment.

Suggested use:

Mix 35g (= 2 scoops / 1 sachet) of powder into 500ml of water. Drink 500-1000ml per hour during exercise, depending on the need for fluids and carbohydrates.
