The Recovery Formula is a recovery shake that provides great recover after an intense work-out. The Whey protein was combined with soy protein, vitamines and minerals to guarantee an optimal recovery. The shake is available in two flavours: Fruit Burst and Strawberry/Kiwi.

Specifications

• Recovery Formula should be taken immediately after exercise. It can also be taken at any time during the day as an extra meal

• For those training hard, Recovery Formula should be taken 2-3 times per day

• Add 6-8 scoops (provided) of Recovery Formula to 500 ml of water, juice or skimmed milk and then mix together by shaking or using a blender
