The shimano RC100 for women is a great road cycling shoe! They have a stiffnessindex of 6.0, thanks to the fibreglass reinforced nylon sole. The top is made of synthtic leather and thanks to the mesh inserts and perforation in the top, the shoes have great ventilation.

The heel has durable and wide pads which provide extra stability. You can tighten the shoes using three velcro straps, they divide the tension across the top of your foot, creating a great fit.
