A demanding cyclist will train at least two hours or more and it's really important to keep you carbohydrates high enough considering they provide you with the energy you need.

The Beta Fuel Gels by Sis are perfect when it comes to providing your with energy. They deliver 40 grams of carbohydrates per consumption, which provides you with a great energyboost and it isn't heavy on the stomach! An intensive cyclist usually trains atleast 2 hours or more, which is why they need to consume around 80-120 grams of carbohydrates, which is why you'd better take several gels along with you.

There are two flavours available: Orange and Strawberry/Lime.
