The Scope R3 is a high-performance carbon road wheelset, developed with focus on lightweight and comfort to perform best in the mountains and on challenging terrain.

The Scope R3 is the lightest road wheelset of Scope, the set weighs just 1.487 grams. Due to its light weight, the R3 accelerates and climbs very well, yet is also comfortable enough to tackle even the roughest cobbles. As a result of an extensive engineering process and the use of high-end materials, the R3 wheelset provides you with an undisputed competitive edge.

The 30 mm high rim profile of the R3 is defined by making use of our unique Algorithm Enhanced Aerodynamics technology to reduce the drag and sidewind influence on the rim. The hubs feature a characteristic wide flange distance which allows an equal spoke tension, resulting in a high lateral stiffness which minimizes power loss and guarantees predictability and efficiency. The hubs furthermore make use of Scope’s unique 36 teeth* Diamond Ratchet engagement system which, supported with SKF bearings, guarantees direct engagement and durability.
