OLMO E-BRO ELECTRIC ROAD BIKE

The Olmo E-Bro is a versatile electrical racingbike. Uphill or downhill, nothing can stop an Olmo E-bro, it will support you on any terrain.

The bike will be delivered with a Fulcrum wheelset, especially designed for e-bikes. They are made to endure the heavy weight of an e-bike.

MOTOR

A masterpiece that was created from years of experience of an established value in the history of Italian motors. Polini E-P3, a concentrate of technology, stands out because of its unique Italian design and powerful motor, it’s compact design and low weight (only 2850 g).

Attention was paid to smaller and more technical details such as an air filter, a fixation point for a crank and easy access to the motor for greasing.

This easy access to grease the motor provides a longer lifespan and more silent motor. Other striking technical features are the speed sensor, the torque sensor and the pedal sensor, the cut-off predisposition. These features complete the technical picture. Riding with an e-Bike wil never be the same again!

BATTERY

The Lithium ION battery and the 6060 aluminum down-tube are compact and can be integrated in the frame perfectly. These provides the possibility to integrate the control cables into the down-tube making them completely invisible.

The battery system is very lightweight with only 2620 gram. Thanks to the 500 Wh and the perfect torque supply, managed by the innovative software, the battery’s autonomy is excellent. In standard conditions, this autonomy can go up to 220 km!

DISPLAY

The beautiful ergonomic display was designed to be easy to read and to have an intuitive control of the bike. The 5 levels of assistance allow you to immediately check the motor response at any speed rate. The light button is integrated on specific models and it’s possible to make a connection with the display using a micro-USB or Bluetooth LE.

Shimano R8170 Ultegra DI2 12-speed

Shimano R8170 Ultegra DI2 is an electric groupset, meaning when you shift, it won’t go through a cable, but through Bluetooth from shifters to the derailleurs. This makes sure that shifting goes even smoother than before. This also means you will have less maintenance. You can configure the shifting in the app.

This groupset offers the same performances as the Dure-Ace DI2 12 groupset, but at a more affordable price. This is because of the different material that was used. The Ultegra groupset has heavier materials, making the groupset a bit heavier, but it still keeps a great shift performance. The 12 gears offer a wide range of proportions to find the correct gear for the correct trail.

The shifters were ergonomically designed and are comfortable to handle. The shift paddles are easy to handle and thanks to the different structure, they are easy to tell apart. The shifters are provided with button cell battery with a life expectancy of 1.5 years.

The derailleurs are connected together through a battery. The Junction Box, which was located in the frame or handlebar before, is now integrated in the rear derailleur, as is the charging point. This means you will need less cables. The shifting is easier thanks to the Hyperglide+ technology.

The hydraulic disc brakes also received an update. The brake callipers offer 10% more space between the brake pads and the brake discs, which causes less wear on the brakes. The heat regulation also got an update to make sure that the heating up is limited during long descents. The ventilation runs through the brake callipers.
